甘草次酸衍生物TY501对小鼠免疫系统的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的 通过小鼠灌胃给药,研究TY501对小鼠中枢免疫器官的影响;对外周血中白细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜中性粒细胞及各亚型淋巴细胞的比例和数量影响。 方法 选用50只ICR小鼠,设对照组、阳性对照泼尼松龙组、TY501低、中、高剂量组,对照组给予动物饮用水,给药组灌胃给予相应药物,20 mg/kg每日1次,持续给药21 d,末次给药24 h后分别进行外周血中白细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜中性粒细胞的数量和各亚型淋巴细胞的比例测定;胸腺和脾脏脏器指数测定。 结果 泼尼松龙灌胃给药可导致动物体重显著降低,胸腺、脾脏萎缩,外周血中淋巴细胞数量降低等一系列对免疫系统的毒性反应;TY501灌胃给药对动物中枢免疫器官、外周血淋巴细胞数量及亚型未产生明显影响。 结论 TY501对小鼠免疫系统未发现明显的抑制作用。

    Effect of Glycyrrhetinic acid derivative TY501 on the mice immune system

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of TY501 on the central immune organs and the proportion and quantities of leukocytes, lymphocytes, neutrophils, lymphocytes subtypes in peripheral blood via oral adminstration to mice. Methods 50 ICR mice were randomly divided into normal control group, positive control prednisolone group, TY501 low, medium and high-dose group. The control group animals were given droken water and the other groups animals were administrated with each drug 20 ml/kg once a day lasting for 21 days. Then the quantities of leukocytes, lymphocytes, neutrophils and the ratio of variety subtypes lymphocytes in peripheral blood were measured the last administration after 24 h. Indexes of immune organs were weighed and caculated. Results A significant reduction in body weight, thymus, spleen atrophy and the quantities of the lymphocytes in peripheral blood were led with prednisolone group animals thus a series of toxicity on the mice immune system had been caused by prednisolon. There was no series effection on the central immune organs and the proportion and quantities of leukocytes, lymphocytes, neutrophils, lymphocytes subtypes in peripheral blood of the animals caused by TY501. Conclusion It is shown that TY501 doesn't have any immunosuppressive effects on mice immune system ......
