关于Ran和HIF-1α两者之间的研究甚少,经相关性分析发现,两者具有正相关性,这提示Ran与HIF-1α存在着调控关系,HIF-1α/Ran通路在调节肿瘤细胞增殖过程中具有十分重要的作用,两者在胃癌的侵袭、转移过程中可能具有协同作用,由此笔者认为Ran和HIF-1α共同参与了胃癌的发生、发展,HIF-1α可能通过上调Ran蛋白表达,促进肿瘤细胞的增殖,进而促进胃癌的转移,两者之间的相互作用还需进一步研究。
