[摘要] 目的 探讨吗替麦考酚酯治疗难治性狼疮性肾炎的疗效及其对临床症状的影响。 方法 将难治性狼疮性肾炎患者86例随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组患者均采用常规治疗方法，治疗组在常规治疗基础上，采用吗替麦考酚酯胶囊口服治疗。观察两组治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、水肿、血压、肉眼血尿、肾功能与不良反应情况。 结果 经过治疗后，治疗组的尿蛋白转阴、肉眼血尿消失、水肿消退、血压恢复正常、肾功能恢复正常情况明显好于对照组(P < 0.05)。治疗组总有效率为88.4%，对照组总有效率为69.8%，治疗组明显好于对照组(P < 0.05)。治疗组痤疮、白细胞减少、月经紊乱等不良反应明显少于对照组(P < 0.05)。 结论 吗替麦考酚酯在难治性狼疮性肾炎中应用能提高治疗疗效，改善临床症状，且安全性好，值得推广应用。

The impact analysis of clinical symptoms and efficacy of Mycophenolate Mofetil for refractory lupus nephritis

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the impact of clinical symptoms and efficacy of Mycophenolate Mofetil for refractory lupus nephritis. Methods 86 cases with refractory lupus nephritis were randomly equally divided into the treatment group and the control group, patients of two groups were treated with conventional therapy, and the treatment group was added Mycophenolate Mofetil Capsules for treatment. The 24 h urinary protein, edema, blood pressure, gross hematuria, renal function and adverse reactions before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the urinary protein was negative, disappearance of gross hematuria, edema, blood pressure recovery, the recovery of renal function of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05). The total effective rate was 88.4% in the treatment group and 69.8% in the control group (P < 0.05). In the treatment group, the acne, neutropenia, menstrual disorders and other adverse reactions were significantly less than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Mycophenolate Mofetil for treating lupus nephritis refractory can improve the treatment efficacy of therapeutic applications, improve the clinical symptoms, and is safety, which should be widely applied.
