[摘要] 目的 观察加味四妙勇安汤治疗糖尿病并发急性蜂窝组织炎的疗效。 方法 将在我科住院的48例糖尿病并发急性蜂窝组织炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各24例。两组均给予基础病、常规换药及抗生素治疗。观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予加味四妙勇安汤治疗。 结果 两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；观察组治愈时间及有效时间分别为(12.33±0.94)d及(8.57±1.50)d，均少于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 使用加味四妙勇安汤治疗糖尿病并发急性蜂窝组织炎，能加快减轻患部肿痛，缩短感染治疗时间，疗效显著。

Integrative treatment of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of 24 patients with diabetes combined with acute cellulitis

[Abstract] Objective To observed the efficacy of the Decoction of Four Well-matched Potent Herbs for Stopping Groaning in the treatment of diabetes combined with acute cellulitis. Methods 48 patients hospitalized in our department were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 24 patients for each group. Two groups were given foundational disease, conventional medication and antibiotics treatment. The observation group was given the Decoction of Four Well-matched Potent Herbs for Stopping Groaning based on the treatment of the control group. Results Comparison of the two groups showed statistical significance (P < 0.05); but the healing time and improvement time of the observation group were (12.33±0.94) d and (8.57±1.50) d respectively, both of which were less than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of Decoction of Four Well-matched Potent Herbs for Stopping Groaning in the treatment of diabetes combined with acute cellulitis can accelerate pain and swelling relieving in the affected area and reduce infection treatment time. Therefore it is significantly effective.
