止嗽散合三拗汤治疗肺炎支原体感染后期咳嗽疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的 观察止嗽散合三拗汤治疗肺炎支原体感染后期咳嗽的疗效。 方法 选取我院2008年1月~2011年6月收治的肺炎支原体感染后期咳嗽患者70例，将其分为对照组和治疗组，每组各35例。对照组给予阿奇霉素粉针剂5～10 mg/(kg·d)治疗，连用3 d，停4 d，再用3 d；治疗组给予止嗽散合三拗汤治疗，每日1剂，连服7 d为1个疗程。两组观察2个疗程，在治疗期间如遇有发热、感冒及心肺、胃肠道等疾病时给予对症处理。所有患者于就诊时和观察疗程结束后用金标斑点法测定MP-IgM抗体，并进行血常规、X线检查。 结果 治疗组治愈15例，治愈率为42.86%，好转17例，好转率为48.57%，无效3例，总有效率为93.33%；对照组治愈7例，治愈率为2.00%，好转15例，好转率为42.86%，无效13例，总有效率为62.86%。与对照组比较，治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0. 05)。 结论 止嗽散合三拗汤对肺炎支原体感染后期咳嗽具有较好的治疗作用，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the curative effects of Cough Powder combined with Decoction of Abnormally Prepared Herbs in the treatment of cough of post-mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods 70 patients with cough of post-mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in our hospital from January 2008 to June 2011 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was given 5-10 mg/(kg·d) of Azithromycin Powder Injection for 3 continuous days, and then the administration was stopped for 3 days, followed by another 3 continuous days.
