[摘要] 目的 无缝隙护理对提高护理工作满意度影响作用。 方法 将研究对象200例分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。对照组应用传统护理模式,观察组采用无缝隙护理模式,同时自制满意度调查表,对两组患者进行调查,让患者及家属对护理服务质量满意度进行评价,数据进行统计学处理。 结果 观察组患者及家属对护理服务质量满意度评价与对照组患者及家属对护理服务质量满意度评价相比,各项差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05、P < 0.01),提示观察组护理服务质量满意度均优于对照组。 结论 开展无缝隙护理可以提高护理服务质量及患者和家属对护理服务工作的满意度。

Observation on influence of seamless nursing in the improvement of job satisfaction with nursing

[Abstract] Objective To observe the influence of seamless nursing in the improvement of job satisfaction with nursing. Methods 200 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 100 patients in each group respectively. The traditional nursing model was used in the control group and the seamless nursing model was used in the observation group. At the same time, the self-made satisfaction questionnaire was used to investigate both groups of patients. The patients and their relatives were asked to evaluate the satisfaction with nursing service quality. The obtained data were analyzed statistically. Results Comparing the satisfaction evaluation of nursing service quality of patients and their relatives of the observation group and that of the control group, the results showed that every item had highly significant difference (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), indicating that the satisfaction with the nursing service quality of the observation group was superior to that of the control group. Conclusion Seamless nursing can improve the nursing service quality and patients and their relatives' satisfaction with nursing service work.

随着全国各地不同类型医院创建优质护理服务示范工程活动的开展,我科在护理管理与护理服务等方面也不断地创新思路、创新举措、创新方法。为了不断地提高护理服务水平,达到“患者满意、家属满意”之双满意目标,从2010年6月~2011年6月,笔者对在我科住院治疗的患者采用无缝隙护理运行模式服务,收到了满意的效果。现总结报道如下:
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
本组研究对象200例,均为2010年6月~2011年6月在我科住院治疗的不同类型的心血管疾病患者,全部病例均符合世界卫生组织或国际心脏病学会制订的冠心病诊断标准[1]。按照住院治疗的先后顺序以及对开展无缝隙护理活动的参与与评价意愿的高低将上述研究对象分为观察组和对照组 ......
