[摘要] 目的 探讨多元护理干预对食管癌患者心理状况的影响。 方法 将100例食管癌手术患者随机分为干预组50例和对照组50例，对照组采用常规护理，干预组在进行常规治疗、护理的同时给予多元护理干预。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)测定两组患者的心理状况，并比较两组患者术后疼痛评分。 结果 两组患者焦虑、抑郁水平在入院时比较，差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)，术前 1 d和术后 3 d干预组评分明显低于对照组(t = 3.21、4.55、3.27、3.96，P < 0.01)；两组患者术后疼痛评分干预组明显低于对照组(术后2 h：t = 2.81，P < 0.01；术后6 h：t = 2.90，P < 0.01；术后20 h：t = 3.33，P < 0.01)。 结论 多元护理干预能减轻食管癌患者围术期的不良心理状况，增强患者对术后疼痛的耐受性。

Effect of diversified nursing intervention on mental status of patients with esophageal cancer

[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of diversified nursing intervention on mental status of patients with esophageal cancer. Methods 100 cases of patients suffered from esophageal cancer were randomly divided into the intervention group (50 cases) and the control group (50 cases). The intervention group was given surgery and routine treatment as well as diversified nursing intervention. The control group was only given routine treatment. The SAS and SDS were applied to measure mental status of the patients between the two groups and the pain score were also compared after taking surgery. Results The SAS and SDS score of the patients had no significant difference (P > 0.05). But the pain score of intervention group was lower than that of the control group on the day before the operation and the third day after the operation (t = 3.21, 4.55, 3.27, 3.96, P < 0.01); the pain score of postoperative were lower in intervention group than that in control group (2 h: t = 2.81, P < 0.01; 6 h: t = 2.90, P < 0.01; 20 h: t = 3.33, P < 0.01). Conclusion The diversified nursing intervention can reduce negative mental status and increase tolerance to pain of patients with esophageal cancer ......
