[摘要] 目的 为了保障血管活性药物的安全使用，探讨血管活性药物安全使用的一系列前瞻性护理管理干预措施。 方法 实施“血管活性药物安全使用”前瞻性的护理管理干预措施前后，分别调查护士20例，患者100例，了解不同人群对“血管活性药物安全使用”的满意度、出现的药物不良反应，将调查结果采用SPSS 13.0统计学软件进行统计学处理。 结果 实施“血管活性药物安全使用”的前瞻性护理管理干预措施后，应用血管活性药物的不良反应明显降低，护士、患者满意度均提高，差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05或P < 0.01)。 结论 前瞻性护理管理干预措施，对帮助护士在保障血管活性药物安全使用方面有很大帮助，减少了血管活性药物使用中的不良反应，同时也提高了患者用药的满意度。

Safe use of vasoactive drugs management and its effect

[Abstract] Objective To explore the series of prospective nursing management interventions of safe use of vasoactive drugs, in order to insure the safety of vasoactive drugs use. Methods 20 nurses and 100 patients were investigated, to get the information of that the satisfaction degree of safe use of vasoactive drugs management among different groups of people and drug adverse, before and after implementation of "safe use of vasoactive drugs" proactive care management interventions, the survey results were statistically analysed by SPSS 13.0 statistical software. Results Side effects were significantly reduced by the application of vasoactive drugs, the satisfaction degree of nurses and patients increased, after the implementation of the "safe use of vasoactive drugs" prospective care management interventions, which were statistically significant (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion Prospective care management interventions to help nurses to protect the safe use of vasoactive drugs has greatly helped to reduce the use of vasoactive drugs in adverse reactions, while improve patients' satisfaction with medication.

血管活性药物是指通过调节血管舒缩状态，改变血管功能和改善微循环血流灌注的一类药物，包括血管收缩药物和血管扩张药物。如应用不当患者体内的血管活性药物骤然增多或减少，不但起不到应有的治疗作用，还可导致心率增快，血压升高，内脏缺血，心律失常，药物外渗局部组织坏死，或者血压下降，休克，甚至死亡[1]。因此，血管活性药物在临床应用中对医护人员的要求非常高，要做到精确、安全、有效地用药[2]。为保证血管活性药物使用的安全性，自2010年3月～2011年9月期间，我科实施了软硬件的护理管理措施，优化了护理流程，采取预见性护理干预等一系列的护理改革，保障了用药安全，成效显著，现报道如下：
