Discussion on the human resource management of public hospitals under the implementation of the new medical reform

[Abstract] After the implementation of the new medical reform program, human resources management reform is becoming more and more important in the reform of public hospitals; public hospitals are faced with various challenges and opportunities from human resource management, while the new medical reform policies have built a broad platform for the reform of the personnel system in public hospitals. This paper analyzed the present situation of human resources management in 14 municipal tertiary public hospitals in Hu'nan province, and discussed the direction and strategies of reform of the personnel system in public hospitals. ......
