咪唑斯汀与复方甘草酸苷联合治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹68例疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨咪唑斯汀与复方甘草酸苷联合治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的疗效。 方法 将136例慢性特发性荨麻疹患者按随机字母表法分为观察组和对照组各68例。观察组予以复方甘草酸苷注射液40 mL，加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中静脉滴注，每日1次；咪唑斯汀缓释片口服10 mg，每日1次。对照组予以依匹斯汀，每晚口服l片，每片10 mg，睡前口服。两组患者均连续治疗14日，进行疗效评估。 结果 观察组总有效率为88.24%，对照组总有效率为73.53%，两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；观察组患者风团消失时间、疗程后1个月复发频次改善情况明显优于对照组(P < 0.05)。 结论 咪唑斯汀与复方甘草酸苷联合应用治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹可以从抗组胺和调节机体免疫状态方面协同发挥治疗作用，临床疗效确切，治疗期间未发生明显不良反应和副作用，值得临床推广。

Observation of curative effects on 68 cases with chronic idiopathic urticaria through combined treatment of Mizolastine and Compound Glycyrrhizin

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the curative effect of treating chronic idiopathic urticaria with Mizolastine combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin. Methods 136 cases of chronic idiopathic urticaria patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 68 cases in each group according to random alphabet. The control group accepted Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection 40 mL added with 5% Glucose Injection 250 mL in an intravenous infusion mode once a day, the observation group was treated with oral Mizolastine Sustained-release Tablets 10 mg once a day. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.24%, total effective rate of the control group was 73.53%, the comparison of the difference of total effective rate between two groups had statistical significance (P < 0.05); the wheal disappearance time and recurrence frequency improvement condition within one month after treatment period of patients in the observation group were prominently better than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Combined application of Mizolastine and Compound Glycyrrhizin in treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria can play a synergistic role in the aspects of anti-histamine and adjustment of body immune status, the clinical efficacy is clear, no obvious adverse reactions and side effects are discovered during treatment, and it is worth of clinical application ......
