[摘要] 目的 以社区健康服务中心为基地，治疗单纯性肥胖症和超重人群减重的临床观察。 方法 观察我院166例单纯性肥胖患者，将其分为治疗组(100例)和对照组(66例)，治疗组为愿意接受针刺治疗者，对照组为不愿意接受针刺治疗者。治疗组给予针灸及耳穴贴压、配合低血糖指数饮食及健康教育等途径进行社区内干预。对照组除不进行针灸治疗及耳穴贴压外，其余治疗与治疗组相同。治疗6个月后观察两组疗效。 结果 治疗组痊愈率(21.0%)及总有效率(91.0%)均明显高于对照组(痊愈率为10.6%，总有效率为72.7%)。两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 通过针灸及耳穴贴压、配合低血糖指数饮食及健康教育等途径对肥胖人群进行社区内干预效果明显，值得临床推广应用。

Acupuncture combined with diet therapy in the treatment of 100 patients with obesity

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect on the treatment of people with simple obesity and weight reduction of overweight people based on the community health service center. Methods 166 patients with simple obesity were observed in our hospital who were divided into treatment group (100 cases) and control group (66 cases). The patients of treatment group were willing to receive acupuncture treatment, and the patients of control group were unwilling to receive acupuncture treatment. The treatment group received acupuncture and auricular acupressure combined with low glycemic index diet, health education and the other means of community intervention. The control group received the same treatment with treatment group except acupuncture and auricular acupressure. 6 months after treatment, the curative effects of two groups were observed. Results The cure rate (21.0%) and the total effective rate (91.0%) of the treatment group were larger than those (the cure rate was 10.6%, andtotal effective rate was 72.7%) of the control group, there was significant difference between the total effective rate of two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture and auricular acupressure combined with low glycemic index diet, health education and the other means of community intervention have obvious effects in the treatment of obese population, which is worth to use in clinic ......
