藿香正气不同制剂对动物小肠运动的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨藿香正气液、藿香正气水对家兔和小鼠肠运动的影响。 方法 采用离体方法观察藿香正气水、藿香正气口服液对家兔离体小肠收缩力的影响,采用在体方法观察不同浓度的藿香正气水、藿香正气口服液对小鼠小肠运动的推进作用,并观察其量效关系和毒性。 结果 ①藿香正气口服液、藿香正气水均可使离体家兔回肠的收缩力增强,也可使在体小鼠的小肠运动加快。②用新斯的明预处理后,藿香正气口服液、藿香正气水均可使离体家兔回肠的收缩力和小鼠小肠运动减弱。用阿托品预处理后,藿香正气口服液、藿香正气水均使离体家兔回肠的收缩力和小鼠小肠运动增强。③四川蜀中生产的藿香正气水和白云山生产的藿香正气水的LD50分别为(30.20±0.03)mL/kg和(35.48±0.02)mL/kg;浓度为45%的乙醇的LD50为(33.88±0.02)mL/kg;藿香正气口服液的最大耐受量为200 mL/kg。 结论 藿香正气口服液和藿香正气水可促进小肠运动,但对小肠的运动是双向的,使兴奋的小肠运动减弱,使抑制的小肠运动增强。藿香正气水的毒性可能与其溶剂乙醇有关。

    Effect of Huoxiang Zhengqi on intestinal motility of animals

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid (HZL) and Huoxiang Zhengqi Water (HZW) on intestinal motility of rabbits and mice. Methods Effects of HZL and HZW on contraction of isolated small intestine of rabbits were observed in vitro. And effects of HZL and HZW on intestinal motility of mice were observed in vivo using different concentrations of HZL and HZW. Dose-effect relationship and toxicity were also observed in the study. Results ①HZL and HZW could strengthen the contraction of isolated small intestine of rabbits and also increase the intestinal motility of mouse in vivo. ②The contraction of small intestine of rabbits and the intestinal motility of mouse were decreased by HZL and HZW when pretreatment with neostigmine were applied and were increased when pretreatment with atropine were applied. ③LD50 of HZW produced by Sichuan Shuzhong and Baiyun Mountain were (30.20±0.03) mL/kg and (35.48±0.02) mL/kg respectively, while LD50 of 45% ethanol was (33.88 ± 0.02) mL/kg. The maximum tolerated dose of HZL was 200 mL/kg. Conclusion HZL and HZW can promote intestinal motility in a two-way mechanism. They can decrease the motility of excited intestine and increase the motility of inhibited intestine. The toxicity of HZW may be related to the solvent of ethanol.
