[摘要] 目的 探讨“支医”干预方案对基层护士护理质量的影响。 方法 对2009年6月~2010年6月对口支医的11名基层护士实施干预，比较 “支医”干预前后的考核评分。 结果 干预后的护士，在基础护理质量、急救物品管理检查、护理文书书写、病区质量检查、消毒隔离评分等方面与干预前比较，差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05)。干预后患者健康知识宣教率和满意度与干预前比较，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 “支医”干预方案能提高基层护士护理质量和综合素质，值得进一步研究推广。

    Primary evaluation of the effect of "medical support" action intervention program on the quality of nursing care

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of "medical support" intervention program on the quality of nursing care. Methods 11 nurses on the "medical support" program were intervened for one year from June 2009 to June 2010, and the assessment scores before and after intervention were compared. Results After the intervention, the nurses made significant progress in quality of basic care, management and inspection of the first aid materials, writing of nursing documents, inspection of ward quality, scores of disinfection and isolation, missionary rate of health knowledge and patients' satisfaction surveys (all P < 0.05). The missionary rate of health knowledge and patients' satisfaction surveys after the intervention were higher than that before intervention, there were significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion "Medical support" intervention programs can improve the quality of nursing and comprehensive quality of primary nurses, thus is worthy of further research and promotion. ......
