[摘要] 目的 分析研究微创手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的中远期疗效。 方法 治疗我院78例腰椎间盘突出患者，其中采用传统手术治疗的患者31例(A组)，采用微创手术治疗的患者47例(B组)。统计分析两组的治疗效果。跟踪随访6个月，比较采用不同治疗方法的复发情况。 结果 经治疗A组总有效率为77.42%，B组总有效率为89.36%，两组的治疗总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。随访6个月，A组有4例患者复发，复发率为12.90%；B组有1例患者复发，复发率为2.13%，两组的复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 微创手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效明显优于传统的手术治疗法，值得在临床推广。

Analysis of medium and long term curative effects of minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and study the medium and long term curative effects of minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods Among the seventy-eight patients with lumbar disc herniation, 31 patients (group A) received the traditional surgical treatment and 47 patients (group B) received the minimally invasive surgical treatment. The curative effects of both groups were analyzed statistically. The patients were followed up for 6 months to compare the recurrence situation of different treatment methods. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 77.42% for the 31 patients in group A and 89.36% for the 47 patients in group B. The total effective rates of the two groups were significantly different (P < 0.05). After 6 months of follow-up, the disease recurred in 4 patients of group A, with the recurrence rate of 12.90%; the disease recurred in 1 patient of group B, with the recurrence rate of 2.13%. The recurrence rates of the two groups were significantly different (P < 0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of minimally invasive surgical in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is superior than those of the traditional surgical treatment, thereby worthy of clinical promotion.
