银黄颗粒治疗急慢性咽炎的临床疗效研究(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨银黄颗粒治疗急慢性咽炎的临床疗效。 方法 回顾分析2009年6月～2011年6月我院收治的99例急慢性咽炎患者临床资料，将其随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(49例)。对照组采用西药治疗，观察组给予银黄颗粒治疗。7 d后观察并比较两组患者的症状、体征总积分，症状、体征改善以及不良反应发生情况。 结果 对照组和观察组的治疗前的积分分别为(17.94±4.53)、(18.21±5.01)分，治疗后积分分别为(5.32±3.06)、(3.02±2.38)分，两组治疗后的积分情况明显优于治疗前(P < 0.01)，且观察组治疗后的积分明显优于对照组(P < 0.05)；观察组的咽痛、灼热、咳嗽、发痒、分泌物、咽部红肿及滤泡增生的改善率分别为89.58%、80.43%、80.85%、93.33%、81.82%、91.84%及82.93%明显高于对照组的74.00%、70.21%、70.83%、84.78%、73.33%、82.00%及69.77%(P < 0.05、P < 0.01)；两组间的不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。 结论 银黄颗粒治疗急慢性咽炎临床疗效显著，不良反应少，不易反复发作，值得在临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Yinhuang Particles for treating with the acute and chronic pharyngitis.
