雷公藤多苷对复发性口疮患者血浆脂质过氧化水平及超氧化水平及超氧化物岐化酶活性影响的研究(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨复发性口疮(RAU)患者在雷公藤多苷治疗前后,血浆Ox-LDL、MDA、GSH-Px及SOD水平的变化,为临床治疗和预后判断提供依据。 方法 将RAU患者随机分为两组,治疗组给予雷公藤,对照组则不给,观察1年疗效,并分别在治疗前后测定血浆Ox-LDL、MDA、GSH-Px及SOD的浓度。 结果 治疗1年后,治疗组远期临床疗效明显高于对照组(P < 0.01),血浆Ox-LDL、MDA水平较对照组明显降低(P < 0.01),GSH-Px、SOD水平则明显升高(P < 0.01)。 结论 雷公藤多苷能够有效防止RAU复发,并可能对氧自由基的清除和脂质过氧化存在一定的影响作用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the changes of Ox-LDL, MDA, GSH-Px and SOD in patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer (RAU) before and after treatment with glycosides of Tripterygium wilfordii (GTW), to provide evidence for clinical treatment and prognosis. Methods Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Treatment group was treated with GTW, control group with nothing. After one year, the therapeutic effect and levels of serum Ox-LDL, MDA, GSH-Px and SOD were observed with ELISA. Results After treatment for one year, the long-term clinical curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than control group (P < 0.01), the expression of serum Ox-LDL, MDA in treatment group were significant lower after treatment than control group (P < 0.01), and GSH-Px, SOD were increased than before (P < 0.01). Conclusion GTW can reduce the relapse of RAU with good efficacy, and has obvious effect to elimination of Oxygen free radical and lipid per oxidation
