[摘要] 目的 研究灌肠联合苯巴比妥对母乳性黄疸患儿体液和细胞免疫功能的影响。 方法 选取2009年2月～2012年1月我院进行治疗的64例母乳性黄疸患儿为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将其分为灌肠组(对照组)和灌肠联合苯巴比妥组(观察组)，每组各32例。将两组患儿治疗后3、7、10 d及10 d以上的黄疸消退率、治疗前后的体液和细胞免疫功能指标进行比较。 结果 观察组治疗后3、7、10 d的黄疸消退率明显高于对照组，而其治疗后3、7、10 d的体液和细胞免疫指标改善幅度也大于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 灌肠联合苯巴比妥对母乳性黄疸患儿体液和细胞免疫功能的影响明显，可显著改善患儿的机体免疫力。
