格列美脲联用金匮肾气丸治疗糖尿病的临床疗效分析(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨格列美脲联用金匮肾气丸治疗糖尿病的临床疗效分析。 方法 选择我院2011年2月～2012年2月2型糖尿病患者60例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组每日早晨服用格列美脲1 mg，并根据血糖控制情况可适当增加剂量；观察组在对照组基础上给予金匮肾气丸，每次6 g，每日3次，疗程为12周。比较两组疗效。 结果 观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为96.6%和73.3%，差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。对比两组的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白HbAlc观察组降低效果更显著(P < 0.05)。 结论 格列美脲与金匮肾气丸联用较单一使用格列美脲对于2型糖尿病具有更佳的治疗效果。

Clinical analysis of Glimepiride combined with the Jingui Shenqi Pill in the treatment of diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To collect summarize and analyze the clinical effects of Glimepiride and Jingui Shenqi Pill in the treatment of diabetes. Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2012, who were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received Glimepiride 1 mg every morning and revised the dose according to blood glucose, the observation group received Jingui Shenqi Pill (6 g, tid.) 12 weeks of a course. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of observation group and control group were 96.6% and 73.3% with statistically significance (P < 0.05). while the level of FBG, 2 h PBG, HbAlc were reduced obviously in the observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of type 2 diabetes with Glimepiride combined with Jingui Shenqi Pill has better effect than the single Glimepiride in the our study.
