[摘要] 目的 采用GC-MS法分析三叶青藤挥发油成分,为其质量评价提供科学依据。方法 采用二氧化碳超临界萃取法(SFE-CO2)萃取并分离三叶青藤药材中的挥发油,所提取得到的挥发油运用GC-MS进行分析,用面积归一化法确定其相对含量。结果 从三叶青藤药材中提取的挥发油经GC-MS分析,共检测到84个色谱峰,通过NIST库检索一共鉴定出39个化合物的具体结构,占所提取的三叶青藤挥发油总量的56.47%(g/g),其中棕榈酸、十三烷酸、芳樟醇等在该药材挥发油中占的比例较高。 结论 该方法提取条件优良,初步揭示了该药材挥发性成分,对进一步研究其化学成分打下基础,为药材的质量评价提供科学参考。

GC-MS analysis of the essential oils extracted by SFE-CO2 from Illigera rhodantha Hance

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the constituents of the essential oils from Illigera rhodantha Hance by GC-MS, and provide the scientific basis for quality control. Methods The essential oils were extracted by SFE- CO2, analyzed and identified by GC-MS. The components were calculated with normalization method. Results 84 peaks were extracted and detected, among which 39 compounds had been identified, which made up 56.47% (g/g) of the total essential oils. The main chemical composition were n-Hexadecanoic acid, Tridecanoic acid, Linalool and so on. Conclusion The extraction method is excellent, the first time to reveal the essential oils from Illigera rhodantha Hance, for further research its chemical composition to lay the foundation, and provide the scientific basis for quality control.
