[摘要] 目的 探讨金属假牙对头部磁共振成像(MRI)图像质量的影响以及应用Propeller技术(螺旋桨技术或刀锋技术)消除或减轻金属假牙所致的磁敏感伪影。 方法 采用GE Signa HDe 1.5T磁共振机对77例头痛查因且口腔有固定金属假牙的患者行头部MRI检查,并对采用Propeller技术前后的结果进行比较。 结果 77例全部应用Propeller技术后有76例金属伪影消除,另有1例只能减轻其伪影仍不能消除,消除率达98.70%。 结论 应用Propeller技术后口腔固定金属假牙所产生的磁敏感伪影(金属伪影)已消除或明显减轻,可以达到临床诊断要求。

Effection and treatment of metal dentures on head magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) treatment

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of Metal denture on the image of the head MRI and ease magnetic susceptibility caused by artifact metal dentures by taking on the Propeller technology. Methods 77 cases with oral fixed metal dentures were checked on head by the GE Signa HDe 1.5T MR machine, and the results were analysed before and after taking on the Propeller technology. Results After the application of Propeller technology on the 77 cases, the metal artifacts of 76 cases were eliminated, one case was only eased, the elimination rate was 98.70%. Conclusion The Propeller technology can eliminate or significantly reduce the magnetic susceptibility artifact (metal artifact) on the patients of oral fixation of metal dentures
