包头市某医院2009~2011年各年龄段人群乙肝感染情况分析(1)

[摘要] 目的 掌握包头市某医院就诊人员各年份乙肝感染情况、感染模式以及各年龄段的感染情况，为有针对性地防治相关疾病提供科学依据。 方法 随机抽取2009～2011年在包头医学院第一附属医院就诊的各年龄段外伤手术患者及孕妇共7 805例，空腹抽取患者静脉血4 mL，离心分离血清，用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定乙肝五项，非HBsAg阳性者进行乳胶法核实。 结果 7 805例受检者中HBsAg阳性380例，阳性率为4.86%；全阴性4 848例，全阴率为62.11%。乙肝感染模式以HBsAg(-)、HBeAg(-)、HBcAb(-)和HBsAg(-)、HBsAb(+)、HBcAb(-)为主。 结论 依据感染模式及早进行预防接种，做到早预防，降低乙肝的发病率，可提高包头市人群的健康水平。
