公共卫生专业本科生毕业论文教学环节优化与对策(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨公共卫生专业本科生毕业论文教学环节改革成效,为建立和完善毕业论文教学体系提供参考依据。方法 我院对毕业论文教学环节进行改革,通过回访和现场调查的方式,比较改革前后各方面满意度的差异。 结果 预防医学专业,满意度改革前后比较,毕业论文论文形式满意度及时间安排满意度差异均具有统计学意义(χ2=5.896,P = 0.015;χ2=18.471,P < 0.001),改革后满意度好于改革前。而公共事业管理专业,满意度改革前后比较,论文形式改革满意度差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.488,P = 0.485),在时间安排满意度上比较,差异有高度统计学意义(χ2=19.918,P < 0.001),在总体评价中,改革后满意水平高于改革前。 结论 毕业论文各教学环节的改革,有助于提高毕业论文质量,有助于公共卫生学院整体发展。

    Optimization and relevant countermeasures of thesis teaching for undergraduates with the major of public health

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the reform effectiveness of thesis teaching for undergraduates with the major of public health and to provide basis for establishment and improvement of thesis teaching system. Methods After thesis teaching reform in our school, the satisfaction differences in various aspects before and after reform were compared by using the return visit and on-site survey methods. Results For preventive medicine major, satisfaction degree in thesis form and timetable after the reform were significantly higher than those before the reform (χ2=5.896, P = 0.015; χ2=18.471, P < 0.001). For public service enterprise management major, satisfaction degree in thesis form after the reform was not significantly different from that before the reform (χ2=0.488, P = 0.485), but satisfaction degree in timetable after the reform was significantly higher than that before the reform (χ2=19.918, P < 0.001). In general, the satisfaction level after the reform was higher than that before the reform. Conclusion Reform of thesis teaching is conducive to improving the quality of thesis and the overall development of the school of public health.

    毕业论文能够使大学生综合运用所学专业知识,通过搜集相关资料,在教师的指导下,是大学生从事科学研究的最初尝试,获取本专业相关知识的有效途径,并就某一问题进行研究、分析比较,提出解决问题的方法[1]。毕业论文能够充分体现了理论与实践相结合,也是检验学生掌握知识程度基本标尺之一[2]。因此,在大学生毕业实习考试设置毕业论文(设计)具有重要的意义。我院预防医学专业及公共事业管理专业都把毕业论文作为学生的必修课,是取得学士学位的重要课程之一。我院于2010年进行了毕业论文管理模式的改革,为比较改革效果,为以后改革提供参考依据,特此完成此项调查。

    1 对象与方法

    1.1 调查对象

    本次研究调查对象为毕业论文指导教师,及往届毕业生及应届毕业生为调查对象。毕业论文指导老师纳入标准为,具有指导毕业论文经历或从事毕业论文管理工作两年以上者,知情并同意参与本研究。往届毕业学生包括预防医学专业(五年制)及公共事业管理专业(四年制),具体为2002~2006级预防医学本科、2003~2007级公共事业管理本科,将其作为改革前研究对象,分别为38例和32例。应届毕业生包括:2007级预防医学本科,2008级公共事业管理本科,将其作为改革后研究对象,分别为39例和34例。此次调查教师13人,其中副高职以上6人,中级职称5人。调查学生共计150人,回收问卷143份,有效问卷143份。回收率为95.33%。, http://www.100md.com(高双双 邱永强)
