[摘要] 目的 利用Meta分析系统评价热毒宁注射液治疗成人急性上呼吸道感染的疗效和安全性。 方法 检索2006～2011年中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库，利用Meta分析方法综合定量分析7篇关于热毒宁注射液治疗急性上呼吸道感染的研究文献。 结果 7篇纳入的文献中，共有721例患者。Meta分析显示，热毒宁注射液治疗急性上呼吸道感染试验组与对照组疗效的比值比(OR)为3.69，95%可信区间(CI)为(2.66，5.10)，试验组有效率优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(Z = 7.87，P < 0.01)，提示热毒宁注射液治疗成人急性上呼吸道感染安全性高。 结论 现有临床证据表明，热毒宁注射液治疗成人急性上呼吸道感染疗效显著，但是由于中文发表的临床试验质量较低，尚需作进一步的验证，试验的设计及报告应按照国际规范执行。

Meta-analysis of Reduning Injection in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection among adults

[Abstract] Objective To assess the clinical effects and safety of Reduning injection on acute upper respiratory tract infection by Meta-analysis system. Methods Articles were retrieved from 2006 to 2011 in China Academic Journal Database, Wanfang Database, and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database. Only 7 articles about Reduning Injection in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection were selected and analyzed by Meta-analysis. Results There were 721 patients included in 7 articles. Meta-analysis showed that the OR value of effects of Reduning Injection in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection between the experimental group and the control group was 3.69, the 95%CI was 2.66～5.10, the effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (Z = 7.87, P < 0.01), which indicated that application of Reduning Injection in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection was safe ......
