达美康缓释片联合甘精胰岛素对2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂及β细胞功能的影响(1)

[摘要] 目的 观察达美康缓释片与甘精胰岛素联合治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。 方法 78例2型糖尿病伴血脂异常患者随机分为两组，各39例，口服达美康缓释片联合甘精胰岛素(观察组)或中性鱼精蛋白锌胰岛素(对照组)，比较两组疗效和对胰岛β细胞功能的影响。 结果 治疗后两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油、胆固醇明显下降(均P < 0.05)，组间比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)，治疗过程中观察组低血糖发生率显著低于对照组(10.3% vs 30.8%，P < 0.05)；治疗后对照组空腹和餐后2 h C肽无明显改善，而观察组治疗后空腹和餐后2 h C肽均明显升高(P < 0.05)。 结论 达美康缓释片联合甘精胰岛素具有良好的降糖降脂效果，而且可以改善胰岛β细胞的功能，值得在临床推广。

Effect of Diamicron combined with Glargine in blood glucose and blood fat and metergasis of beta cell in type 2 dabetes mellitus

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effects of Diamicron combined with Glargine in treating patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 78 patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 39 cases in each group. Test group was given Diamicron combined with Glargine and control group was given Diamicron combined with neutral protamine hagedorn insulin. The clinical effects and metergasis of beta cells were compared. Results There was a decreasion of fasting plasma glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride and total cholesterol in the two groups after treatment (all P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between two groups (P > 0.05). The incidence of hypoglycemia of test group was significantly lower than control group (10.3% vs 30.8%, P < 0.05). After treatment, C peptide was significantly increased in test group than before (P < 0.05), but there was no changes in control group. Conclusion Diamicron combined with Glargine in treating patients with type 2 diabetes can reduce blood glucose and blood fat effectively and improve the metergasis of beta cells, it is worth of clinical application ......
