[摘要] 目的 检测食管鳞癌中T淋巴瘤侵袭转移诱导基因1(Tiam1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达特点，关注其对CD31标记的血管生成的作用。 方法 以87例食管鳞癌标本作为观察组，72例正常食管黏膜组织作为对照组，采用流式细胞技术，分别检测二组中Tiam1、VEGF和CD31的表达，探讨其在不同临床特征中的表达差别及相关性。 结果 Tiam1、VEGF和CD31蛋白在食管鳞癌中高表达，Tiam1、VEGF和CD31的表达与食管癌的浸润深度、分化程度、淋巴结转移及PCNA的增殖指数密切相关；线性相关性分析显示Tiam1、VEGF和CD31的表达之间均呈正相关性。 结论 Tiam1、VEGF和CD31在食管鳞癌中高表达，二者对肿瘤进展有重要作用，Tiam1和VEGF可能对促进CD31标记的新生血管内皮细胞的增殖有一定作用，联合检测Tiam1、VEGF和CD31蛋白可能与预后有关。

[Abstract] Objective To detect the expression characteristics of Tiam1 and VEGF in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, and pay close attention to angiogenesis role with markers of CD31. Methods 87 cases with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were served as observation group. 72 cases with normal esophageal mucosa were served as control group. The expressions of Tiam1, VEGF and CD31 were detected by FCM in the two groups. Their expressive relationship and different pathological characters were analyzed in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Results The expression of Tiam1, VEGF and CD31 were higher in the neoplasm groups than in control group.
