[摘要] 目的 研究青蒿鳖甲汤联合少量激素治疗狼疮性肾炎的临床疗效。 方法 62例狼疮性肾炎患者均来至我院中医科及血液科门诊及住院部，按就诊顺序将其随机分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组口服青蒿鳖甲汤联合少量激素；对照组口服强的松片。 结果 治疗组总有效率为90.6%，对照组总有效率为66.7%，治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P < 0.05)；经过观察，发现在临床症状、激素撤减情况及药物副作用方面，治疗组明显优于对照组(P < 0.05)。 结论 运用青蒿鳖甲汤联合少量激素治疗狼疮性肾炎，可明显缓解临床症状，改善实验室指标，减少激素用量，稳定病情和减少西药的副作用。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qinghao Biejia Decoction combined with a small amount of hormone in the treatment of lupus nephritis. Methods 62 patients with lupus nephritis were coming to our traditional Chinese Medicine and department of hematology in out-patient and in-patient department, were divided into two groups by visiting the order randomly, the treatment group of 32 cases and the control group of 30 cases. The treatment group were treated with Qinghao Biejia Decoction combined with a small amount of hormone; The control group were treated with Prednisone.
