[摘要] 目的 探讨人性化护理对慢性精神病患者疗效及回归社会的影响。 方法 将我院60例精神病患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上采用人性化护理，比较两组患者的康复疗效及社会功能。 结果 观察组护理后在社会能力、社会兴趣、激惹、抑郁和精神病评分方面显著优于对照组(P < 0.05)。且观察组在生活需督促、孤僻退缩、对周围活动无兴趣和对他人态度方面的评分显著优于对照组(P < 0.05)。 结论 人性化护理有利于提高慢性精神病患者的治疗效果，极大地满足患者的心理和生理需求，促进其回归社会。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of humanism care on treatment effect and returning to society of patients with chronic psychiatric. Methods 60 patients with psychosis were divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 30 cases. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given humanism care on the basis of the control group, and the two groups were compared with rehabilitation treatment and social function. Results Social competence, social interest, irritability, depression and mental illness score in the observation group after the care were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). And urge the life, withdrawal, on peripheral activities of no interest to others and attitudinal scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Humanism care is helpful to improve the treatment effect of chronic psychiatric patients, great to meet patients' psychological and physiological needs, and promote their return to society.
