[摘要] 医院是医学生进行临床实践必不可少的场所，教学水平的提高又能促进医院综合实力的提升。江西省人民医院通过加强医院教学管理制度建设、创新医院教学方式方法、加强实习生管理、全程进行实习质量评价等方法，显著提高了医学生实习质量。

    [Abstract] Hospital is the essential place for clinical practice for medical students, and the improvement of teaching quality can promote hospital′s comprehensive strength. Jiangxi Province People's Hospital improves the quality of medical students'practice remarkable through strengthening the teaching management system, innovating the hospital teaching ways and methods, enhancing interns management, taking practice quality evaluation the whole courseand other ways.
