四磨汤对过敏性哮喘豚鼠肺动态顺应性和气道阻力影响的实验研究(1)

[摘要] 目的 研究四磨汤对过敏性哮喘豚鼠肺动态顺应性(Pdc)和气道阻力(Raw)的影响。 方法 采用豚鼠致敏激发哮喘的方法制作模型，实验分为正常组、模型组、四磨汤高、中、低剂量给药组、氨茶碱组6组，以气流速度描记法测定Pdc和Raw，观察四磨汤对Pdc和Raw的影响。 结果 四磨汤高剂量组抗原激发后Pdc变化不大，整个过程均处于稳定状态，高剂量组各时间点的Pdc值与模型组比较，差异有高度统计学意义(P < 0.01)，整个激发过程高剂量组Pdc值平均比模型组提高了(74.31±11.36)%，高剂量组与氨茶碱组和正常组比较，差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)；高、中两个剂量组与模型组比较Raw下降，差异有高度统计学意义(P < 0.01)，平均值分别比模型组降低了(32.76±19.28)%和(38.35±14.57)%，与氨茶碱组比较，差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。 结论 四磨汤能抑制过敏性哮喘豚鼠抗原激发后Pdc值的降低，也能抑制抗原激发后导致的Raw值升高，对支气管哮喘有一定的治疗作用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the effects of Simo Decoction on pulmonary dynamic compliance (Pdc) and airway resistance (Raw) in allergic asthma model cavy.
