创伤关节镜下手术治疗胫骨后侧平台骨折的疗效分析(1)

[摘要] 目的 观察创伤关节镜下手术治疗胫骨平台后侧骨折的疗效。 方法 选取30例累及胫骨平台后侧的胫骨近端骨折患者按入院顺序随机分为两组，15例患者采用创伤关节镜下手术治疗作为观察组，15例患者采用传统的胫骨平台后内侧或后外侧入路手术治疗作为对照组。两组患者随访0.5～1年，按Rasmussen评分标准对膝关节功能进行评分，采用Rasmussen放射学评分标准对患者骨折复位满意度进行评价，观察比较两组患者评价情况。 结果 观察组膝关节功能恢复优良率为93.33%，对照组为73.33%；观察组膝关节骨折复位优良率为86.67%，对照组为66.67%，两组差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05)。 结论 创伤关节镜下治疗胫骨平台后侧骨折创伤小，骨折愈合快，复位准确，术后膝关节功能恢复好，复位满意率高。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of invasive arthroscopic surgical treatment for tibial posterior plateau fracture. Methods 30 cases of proximal tibial fracture patients involved back side of tibial plateau were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 15 cases of patients treated with traumatic arthroscopic surgery were divided into the observation group, 15 cases of patients treated with traditional tibial plateau side or posterolateral approach surgery were divided into the control group. Patients of the two groups were followed up for 0.5-1 years, knee-joint function score was evaluated by Rasmussen standard, patients' satisfaction with fracture reduction was evaluated by Rasmussen radiological standard ......
