[摘要] 目的 探讨咪达唑仑辅助腰硬联合麻醉行腹部手术的最佳剂量。 方法 将择期行腹部手术患者105例按随机数字表法分为A组(咪达唑仑0.05 mg/kg)、B组(咪达唑仑0.10 mg/kg)、C组(咪达唑仑0.15 mg/kg)，每组35例。比较三组镇静、遗忘及不良反应。 结果 三组间比较镇静满意率差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)，A组镇静不全显著多于B组和C组(P < 0.05)，C组镇静过度显著多于A组和B组(P < 0.05)；A组完全遗忘率明显低于B组和C组(P < 0.05)，B组与C组比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)；C组不良反应发生率明显高于A组和B组(P < 0.05)，A组与B组比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。 结论 咪达唑仑0.10 mg/kg时镇静和遗忘完全，不良反应少。

Discussion on the effects of different doses of Midazolam assisted combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for abdominal surgery

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the optimal dose of Midazolam assisted combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for abdominal surgery. Methods 105 cases of electived for abdominal surgery patients according to random number table were divided into group A (Midazolam, 0.05 mg/kg), group B (Midazolam, 0.10 mg/kg), group C (Midazolam, 0.15 mg/kg), with 35 cases in each group. The sedation, forgotten, and adverse reactions of three groups were compared. Results The sedation satisfaction rate of the three groups was compared, there was no significant difference (P > 0.05), sedation insufficiency of group A was significantly more than group B and group C (P < 0.05), sedation excessive of group C was significantly more than the group A and group B (P < 0.05); completely forgotten rate of group A was significantly lower compared with group B and group C (P < 0 ......
