茉莉酸甲酯对贯叶连翘中芦丁、金丝桃苷、槲皮苷、槲皮素含量的影响(1)

[摘要] 目的 刺激贯叶连翘次生代谢产物的迅速积累,提高有效成分含量。 方法 采用高效液相色谱法以Phenomenex硅胶基质C18色谱柱(5 μm×4.6 mm×250 mm)为色谱柱,甲醇和0.2%乙酸水溶液为流动相,检测波长为270 nm,进样量为20 μL来测定茉莉酸甲酯(5 mmol/L)处理后的贯叶连翘次生代谢产物的含量。 结果 在短时间的茉莉酸甲酯的处理下,芦丁、金丝桃苷、槲皮苷、槲皮素的含量在整体上有一定的提高。 结论 若加长茉莉酸甲酯的处理时间,这些次生代谢产物的含量变化将更加显著。

Influence of Jasmonic Acid Methyl ester on the contents of rutin, hyperin, quercitrin and quercetin from Hypericum perforatum L.

[Abstract] Objective To stimulate accumulation of secondary metabolites of Hypericum perforatum L. rapidly and improve the content of effective components. Methods The high performance liquid chromatography, with Phenomenex silica-based C18 column (5 μm×4.6 mm×250 mm) was used as column, methanol and 0.2% acetic acid aqueous solution were used as mobile phase, 270 nm was used as detection wavelength, 20 μL was used as sample size to measure the content of secondary metabolites of Hypericum perforatum L. after treatment with Jasmonic Acid Methyl ester (MeJA). Results In the short time of the MeJA treatment, the contents of rutin, hyperin, quercitrin and quercetin had a certain improvement on the whole. Conclusion If extended MeJA treatment time, these changes in secondary metabolites content will be more pronounced.
