[摘要] 目的 了解本地区COPD患者对疾病知识的认知状况，以便进行针对性健康教育与管理。 方法 采用自行设计的问卷调查表，对2011年3～11月在我院呼吸科住院的90例COPD患者进行疾病知识的认知调查。 结果 COPD患者对疾病知识的认知总得分为(67.40±24.65)分；认知处于低水平的患者占77.78%。 结论 COPD患者对疾病知识的认知水平低。应加强健康教育管理，采取多形式健康教育，提高患者对疾病的认知水平。

[Abstract] Objective To survey the cognitive capability of knowledge about chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in our region patients, for more targeted management and health education. Methods Investigation of cognitive capability of COPD were done in Department of Respiratory Disease of our hospital by designed-questionnaire involved in 90 patients, from March to November in 2011. Results Overall score about cognitive capability of COPD disease in these patients was (67.40±24.65) scores and that with low level of cognition was 77.78%. Conclusion The cognitive capability of COPD in these patients is insufficient, and it is necessary to further enhance the management level of health education and take multiple patterns of that education for significantly improving patients' cognitive capability of COPD.

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease COPD)是呼吸系统的常见病和多发病，致残、致死率高。由于起病缓慢，病程长，病情呈进行性加重，最后导致患者呼吸困难，运动能力下降，劳动能力丧失，生活质量下降。这不仅给患者带来身心痛苦，也给家庭和社会带来了沉重的经济负担。而COPD患者对疾病的自我认知对病情的发展具有重要作用，是COPD防治的重要组成部分。为了解本地区COPD患者对疾病的认知情况，以便进行针对性健康教育与管理，2011年3～11月笔者对90例COPD患者进行了相关认知调查，现报道如下：
