品质管理圈在健康管理中心护生中的应用效果观察(1)

[摘要] 目的 研究品质管理圈在健康管理中心护生中的应用效果。 方法 将健康管理中心2010年1～12月在此进行实习的42名护生设为对照组(常规的带教管理)，2011年1～12月的42名护生设为观察组(品质管理圈质控)，将两组护生带教前及带教后2、4周的基础理论知识、实践操作评估、实习积极性、突发状况的应急处理能力及体检人员满意度进行比较。 结果 观察组带教后2及4周的基础理论知识、实践操作评估、实习积极性、突发状况的应急处理能力评估结果均好于对照组，且均好于带教前，体检人员满意率均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05)。结论 品质管理圈在健康管理中心护生中的应用价值较高，对于提高护生的各方面质量均发挥着积极的作用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the application effect of quality control circle in health management center for nursing interns. Methods 42 nursing interns in health management center from January 2010 to December 2010 were selected as control group (routine teaching and management), 42 nursing interns from January 2011 to December 2011 were selected as observation group (quality control circle), and the basic theory knowledge, evaluation of practical operation, practice enthusiasm, emergency handling ability and physical examination personnel′satisfaction rate of two groups before and after the teaching at second and fourth week were compared ......
