[摘要] 目的 探讨肺炎支原体(MP)快速鉴定培养基在MP感染早期的临床诊断价值。 方法 采用MP快速鉴定培养基对本院2009年1月～2011年12月患呼吸道感染的1 620例患者咽拭子标本进行MP培养检测。 结果 本组患者咽拭子标本MP培养阳性共656例，总阳性率40.49%，其中男性阳性率40.85%，女性阳性率40.13%，男女性别比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)；≤2岁儿童阳性率45.95%，3～14岁阳性率31.41%，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；夏、秋季阳性率与冬季比较，差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05)。 结论 MP快速鉴定培养基检测MP感染总检出率较高，结果准确、简便、快速，可作为一般实验室诊断MP感染的首选试验。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the rapid mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) identification of culture medium in the diagnosis of early infection. Methods 1 620 cases suffered from respiratory tract infection in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2011 were examined with rapid identification of MP medium. Results 656 cases of the throat swab specimens were confirmed MP positive, with a total positive rate of 40.49%; the positive rate was 40.80% in male and 40.13% in female, the difference between male and female was not statistically significant (P > 0.05); the positive rate was 45.95% of ≤ 2 year children and 31.41% of 3-14 year old children, the difference was statistically significant (P > 0.05); the positive rate in the season of summer and autumn was lower than that in spring, the difference was all statistically significant (all P > 0.05). Conclusion The rapid identification of medium detection of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection has a higher overall detection rate and a accurate, simple, rapid result, it is a laboratory diagnostic test of choice for MP infection ......
