脑损伤标志物与急性缺血性脑卒中的研究进展(3)
对于急性缺血性脑卒中进行血清学检查,以期寻找有快速诊断及远期预后预测价值的血清学标志物进而推广应用到临床实践中还有很远的道路要走。H-FABP、B-FABP、NSE及S100β仅是近几年研究相对成熟的几个标志物,这些标志物在急性缺血性脑卒中的快速诊断、严重程度及预后判断等方面,有重要的理论和临床实用价值。若能进一步研究寻找并验证血清学标志物在急性缺血性脑卒中中的价值指导临床实践,对缺血性脑卒中的快速诊治及改善预后有着重要的价值。
