[Abstract] Objective To study the efficacy of recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor in promoting menisci injury healing. Methods 480 patients of meniscus injury from 3 research centers were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number. The two groups were treated with arthroscopy trimming and resection， articular cavity clean according to the tear type. 240 cases (339 limbs) in control group were treated with joint cavity physiological saline flush； 240 cases (324 limbs) in treatment group were treated with joint cavity rh-aFGF flush ......
