[摘要] 目的 比较利培酮口服液与奥氮平治疗老年器质性精神障碍效果，为老年器质性精神障碍的治疗提供更为安全的方法。 方法 收集2012年4月～2013年4月浙江省永康市第三人民医院老年器质性精神障碍住院患者100例，将患者按随机数字表分成研究组和对照组，每组50例。其中对照组给予奥氮平，研究组给予利培酮安全性较高，可作为治疗老年器质性精神障碍的首选用药。
