[摘要] 目的 探讨急性上消化道出血的护理策略，为临床护理提供依据。 方法 选取济南军区总医院2011年9月～2013年7月收治的急性上消化道出血患者作为研究对象，将纳入的64例患者随机分为对照组及观察组，各32例。结论 认真细致的护理能有效提高临床疗效，减少止血时间，缩短住院时间，降低再出血发生率，提高患者满意度，值得临床推广。
