[摘要] 总结桂林医学院附属医院婴幼儿门诊静脉输液护理管理工作。医院通过对婴幼儿门诊静脉输液服务流程再造，建立专门的婴幼儿静脉输液室，加强护士队伍建设和业务培训，严格按流程操作，药品不良反应的防范，实行“预约输液”服务，加强护患沟通、做好心理护理，加强输液室院内感染管理等方面有效管理，规范了护理行为，减少了影响护理安全隐患的因素，提高了护理工作质量。
