[摘要] 在深化医药卫生体制改革的蓝图下，医院院长职业化是现代化医院管理的必然要求，也是推动医院持续稳健发展的重要途径。本文分析了国外医院院长职业化发展状况及相关特点，介绍了目前我国医院院长职业化的发展情况，论述了我国推行医院院长职业化的必要性，并提出了几条国外经验对我国推进院长职业化的启示。
