临床药师参与治疗老年产β—内酰胺酶大肠埃希菌尿路感染5例(1)
[摘要] 通过介绍临床药师参与5例老年患者尿路感染产β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)大肠埃希菌的临床会诊，探讨临床药师在临床中需结合患者情况、药敏试验结果、尿路感染常见病原菌、辅助用药与药学监护，为产ESBLs大肠埃希菌的老年人尿路感染选药，协助临床医师在抗感染治疗中提高用药的有效性、经济性、合理性，从而制订有效的个体化给药方案。
