湘西贫困地区乡村卫生人才队伍建设的现状分析及对策(1)
[摘要] 乡村卫生人才队伍的建设是乡村卫生工作的重点，可我国湖南湘西贫困地区乡村卫生人才队伍建设存在医务人员编制紧张；专业技术人才匮乏，整体业务素质偏低；人员结构不合理，乡村医生队伍后备力量严重不足；待遇无保障，队伍不稳定等问题。通过分析认为可从人员编制、保障制度、医学教育三个方面来吸引人才、留住人才、培养人才。
