RhoA/ROCK途径在高血压发病机制中的研究进展(1)
[摘要] RhoA/Rho激酶(RhoA/ROCK)途径在许多病理状态中起重要作用。RhoA蛋白参与了血管平滑肌张力的调节并激活许多下游激酶。ROCK是RhoA的下游激酶之一,ROCK在局部血流和血压中发挥各种重要功能。ROCK激活可维持肌球蛋白轻链激酶的活性导致肌动蛋白/肌球蛋白的相互作用和平滑肌细胞的收缩,这一作用独立于游离胞质钙的水平。本文对RhoA/ROCK与高血压之间的关系作一综述,更好地理解这一通路在高血压中的作用机制。
