黑斑—息肉综合征合并肠梗阻、肠套叠2例并文献复习(1)

     [摘要] 为提高对黑斑-息肉综合征合并肠梗阻、肠套叠的认识，增强临床疑难疾病的诊断能力，对2例黑斑-息肉综合征合并肠梗阻、肠套叠患者的病史特点、临床症状、术后的病理资料进行分析，并复习文献加以讨论。2例患者均行手术治疗，术中证实为肠套叠，套叠的肠管分别为小肠和结肠。对于黑斑-息肉综合征合并肠梗阻、肠套叠的病例，一经诊断，宜及早手术治疗，术后给予定期随访。
