帕金森病与糖尿病的相关性研究进展(1)

     [摘要] 帕金森病是中老年人常见的一种慢性中枢神经系统变性疾病，严重影响患者的生活质量。帕金森病和糖尿病有许多类似的发病机制，包括年龄、环境因素、遗传易感性、氧化应激、炎性反应等。胰岛素和多巴胺在糖尿病和帕金森病的发病过程中发挥一定作用，提示帕金森病与糖尿病之间可能存在联系。糖尿病可能会加重帕金森病的临床症状，加快帕金森病的病情进展。本文就二者之间的相关性进行综述。
