     [摘要] 通过阐述胜任力与临床教师胜任力的基本概念，分析我国中医药院校临床教师存在的问题与培训现状，论述构建中医临床教师胜任力模型的重要性及其意义，探讨以胜任力为导向的中医临床教师培训体系的具体程序设计、培训内容及评估方法，为我国的中医临床教师培训提供新视角。
