我院持续改进临床绩效考核的效果(1)
[摘要] 在医改新形势下,为进一步完善绩效考核,体现以“病人为中心”的公益性、提高医院运行效率,北京小汤山医院对试运行3年的临床绩效考核进行总结分析,查找问题,最终,通过改进临床绩效考核方法,提升了患者满意度、提高了医疗服务能力和质量,最终实现社会效益、经济效益的统一,医院保持良好的运行状态。[关键词] 绩效管理;医疗质量;绩效考核
