[Abstract] Objective To investigate effect of transcranial direct current stimulation for non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease. Methods From June 2014 to June 2015, in Shandong Dongying Shengli Hospital of Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau, 60 patients with non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease were selected as research subjects, according to random number table, patients were divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Two groups were given drugs and rehabilitation exercises, the treatment group were given transcranial direct current stimulation on the basis of conventional therapy. After the treatment, Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA), Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI), quality of life (QOL) were as questionnaire, and the scores of two groups were compared. Results MoCA score of patients in control group before treatment was (15.2±2.7) scores, after treatment 10 d that was (21.2±2.0) scores, after treatment 20 d that was (30.0±1.3) scores, these of in treatment group were (16.7±3.6), (24.1±2.9), (36.0±2.1) scores, the scores of two groups before treatment were compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05), those after the treatment were compared, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). PSQI score of patients in control group before treatment was (12.5±2.0) scores, after treatment 10 d that was (16.3±1.0) scores, after treatment 20 d that was (17.4±1.0) scores, these of in treatment group were (13.0±1.5), (19.0±2.0), (26.2±1.5) scores, the scores of two groups before treatment were compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05), those after the treatment were compared, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). QOL score of patients in control group before treatment was (10.5±2.2) scores, after treatment 10 d that was (17.5±2.4) scores, after treatment 20 d that was (26.4±1.0) scores, these of in treatment group were (11.9±1.8), (21.1±2.0), (34.8±1.5) scores, the scores of two groups before treatment were compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05), those after the treatment were compared, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Transcranial direct current stimulation can improve the non-motor symptoms and quality of life of patients with Parkinson's disease.,
