[摘要] 脂联素在心血管疾病的发生和发展中起着非常重要的作用。本文简述了脂联素、脂联素受体的结构和功能，分析了脂联素在保护心血管中发挥的作用，介绍了脂联素在心血管保护及治疗中的潜在用途和临床意义，提示脂联素可以作为心血管疾病诊断和治疗的生物标志物，其受体有望成为新的心血管疾病治疗靶点。
